10 Nominations for Men and 10 Nominations for Women !

1 - Powerlifting.

2 - Squats ,

3-Deadlift.

4 - Bench press.

5 - High-rep Deadlift.

6 - "People"s" bench press.

7 - Lifting the barbell on the biceps.

8 - Push-ups on the parallel bars with weighting.

9 - Pull-ups on the crossbar with weighting.

10 - Standing Army Barbell Press .

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

1 - Registration and all Information on the GSF Website www.gsf.org.ua or apply on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram - +380983446688

2 - Send a Video of the best approach on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram - +380983446688, where at the end of the video there will be a weighing of the athlete and the weight of the projectile on which the exercise was performed or the weight of all the discs that were on the barbell will be shown, and then everyone will be sent a Medal, Certificate, Champions will receive a Cup, Absolute Winners will receive the Belt of the Absolute Winner (provided that there are 5 or more participants in the Nomination for Men and 2 or more participants in the Nomination for Women) !!!

3 - Contribution -1000 UAH

Athletes who set a GSF World Record will receive an Original Cup and Certificate and will also be included in the Records section on the GSF website www.gsf.org.ua

The GSF has rules for setting GSF World Records: Athletes who set 2 GSF World Records - receive a 30% discount on contributions at GSF competitions!
Athletes who set 3 GSF World Records - receive a 50% discount on contributions at GSF competitions !

Athletes who set 4 GSF World Records - Receive GSF PRO ATHLETE Status
And further FREE participation in GSF Powerlifting competitions !!!
