GENERAL RULES

a.The annual contribution of each country representing Global Strong Federashion GSF is 200 euros.

Countries representing Global Strong Federashion GSF and participating in the Championships and World Cups, Europe, EuroAsia GSF twice a year with a team of 3 to 5 athletes - an annual contribution of 100 euros.

Countries representing the Global Strong Federashion GSF and participating in the Championships and World Cups, Europe, EuroAsia GSF twice a year with a team of more than 5 athletes - do not pay an annual fee.

b. Global Strong Federashion GSF recognizes national and international competitions of its federations.

At the GSF World Cup, each country will have its own representative office and must have its own national flag.

The Global Strong Federashion GSF recognizes the following types of exercises that must be performed in the same sequence in all GSF competitions:

1 - Squat.

2 - Deadlift.

3 - Bench press.

4 - A lot of repeated Deadlifts.

5 - "People" bench press.

6 - Lifting the barbell to the biceps.

7 - Push-ups on weights with weights.

8 - Pulling on the bar with weights.

The greatest result of the best attempt will be counted in the amount. The winner of the competition is the athlete with the maximum total amount in Powerlifting.

And the winner of the competition is the athlete who scored the maximum result in separate exercises.

Weight determination in all competitions according to GSF rules is carried out in kilograms.

GSF holds World Championships in all age categories.

GSF recognizes and registers world records (in kilograms) in individual competitive movements within the following age and weight categories:

Open From 24 to 39 years inclusive;

Masters:

From 40 years to 80 and above

From 40 to 44 years old inclusive

From 45 to 49 years inclusive

From 50 to 54 years old inclusive

From 55 to 59 years old inclusive

From 60 to 64 years inclusive

65 to 69 years old inclusive

From 70 to 74 years old inclusive

75 to 79 years old inclusive

From 80 years and older;

Submaster:

From 33 years to 39 years inclusive. (Category is provided only for setting records);

Juniors: From 20 to 23 years old inclusive;

Boys: From 13 to 19 years old inclusive.


Weight categories:

Men: 52; 56; 60; 67.5; 75; 82.5; 90; 100 ; 110; 125; 140; 140+.

Women: 44; 48; 52; 56; 60; 67.5; 75; 82.5; 90; 90+.

GSF member federations may set their own qualification standards for the inclusion of athletes in national teams.

In relation to all World Championships and international starts, all athletes who wish to participate in them. must be pre-registered at least 21 days before the specified date of the relevant competition.

Absolute nominations:

1 - Powerlifting.
